But if you don’t have a meal to avoid making sure to avoid Xenical, you can make sure to use in your digestive system - This decreases the absorption of fat - and reduces the effectiveness of the medication.

I've been using Xenical for weight loss and weight for over 2 years. I've been able to lose about 5 pounds on an empty stomach so I'm really happy with the results. I would prefer a lower dose, but after trying out different brands I'm very satisfied with the experience. I've had success with the Magnesium Stearate which has less severe side effects but has a lot more milder one which I'm happy with. The capsules are very smooth and the food is ok. The only side-effects are stomach upset and heartburn.

Serious side effects include heartburn that lasts for 4 days and severe allergic reactions including rash, itching and swelling
